Warehouse teams were struggling with spreadsheets, delayed updates, and blind spots across facilities. How do you run real-time logistics when your data arrives after the shipment leaves? WareGo engaged Appwave Inc to architect and deliver a cloud-native warehouse management web application capable of handling multi-facility operations, high SKU density, and real-time inventory orchestration. The mandate required transactional fidelity across inbound receiving, allocation logic, fulfillment routing, and third-party logistics billing.

Appwave Inc designed a modular system with event-driven services, centralized inventory state management, and secure API gateways supporting more than two hundred integrations. The interface was engineered for warehouse supervisors, floor operators, and enterprise administrators with strict role isolation. During a planning workshop, the operations director stated, “We need visibility at the speed of movement.” That directive shaped the system architecture, data modeling, and performance thresholds across the platform.
